The Museo Cultori della Storia delle Forze Armate 1914-1945 Association
The Museo Cultori della Storia delle Forze Armate 1914-1945 Association was established in May 2003.
Born from the passion of President Giancarlo Marin and other founders, it is now supported by more than a hundred members.
The main objective is to manage, thanks to a Convention stipulated with the Municipality of Montecchio Maggiore, the Museo Civico delle Forze Armate 1914-1945 by taking care of its exhibitions, cataloguing, events and expansions.
The aim is to offer a facility accessible to all that can, through the memory and experiences of the men and women who lived through them, help in the understanding of events that shaped the lives of our families and our country.
Through multiple thematic paths related to the long period from 1914 to 1945, documents, uniforms, means, equipment, and information are made available in an almost tangible way, leading to a reflection and understanding of the first part of the Short Century.
It is also meant to be a tribute to the sacrifice of millions of families in remembrance and respect for the Armed Forces and the Flag.
As of 2021, we are recognized as a nonpartisan and nondenominational Association of Social Promotion.
